The City of Lancaster Utility Department processes bills which include charges for water, sewer, refuse, stormwater, and public fire protection. Bills are sent out around the 1st of each month with a due date of the 20 th of the month. Penalties are added to the unpaid balance on a monthly basis.

MOVING & NEED TO START OR STOP SERVICE?

Requests to start and stop service are not accepted over the phone. Please complete the Application / Termination Form, and return to the City of Lancaster Water & Sewer Department, 206 S Madison St., Lancaster, WI 53813. Requests may also be completed via our online forms listed below:

Notification to start and stop service is due one (1) week prior to service date.
